Meet Sydney Sadick (@sydneysadick) our eight podcast guest on our podcast DON'T QUIT DO IT available here: https://anchor.fm/dontquitdoit
Sadick's career began when she was just a junior in high school, when she attended Harvard University's summer program. She took two college-level journalism courses and was required to start a blog. Her assignment quickly grew into a daily writing career with her fashion blog, Style Solutions. When returning to NYC she interviewed hundreds of celebrities and designers, her first being Rhianna.
The following summers during college Sadick had various high-profile internships including with Rachel Zoe, Inc. and O, The Oprah Magazine. Her next was an internship at the Daily Front Row in 2010 that led to an 8-year tenure at the company. She freelanced throughout college and became an editor upon graduation in 2016.
She has covered the Met Ball, New York Fashion Week, the CFDA Awards, and more high-profile industry and society events.
Sadick made her television debut on Amazon's digital show Style Code Live with host Franke Grande, where she was a style contributor. This led to being a regular contributor to NBC's New York Live, Fox's Top 30, and The Jam.
In our podcast Sydney talks about how she discovered her passion for fashion, gained prestigious internships, and her new book Aim High! Be sure to tune in!

Preview of her book Aim High:
"Fashion is full of highs and lows. We’ve become experts at blending the two together—a Gucci belt with a blazer from Zara, a Chanel bag with an old pair of Levi’s—but fashion is so much more than what you wear, how you look, or how much money you spend."
In Aim High, style savant and fashion expert Sydney Sadick delivers an important message for women everywhere: what you wear on the outside can influence who you are and how you feel, and help you live a more meaningful life.
At just 26, Sydney has experienced enough fashion highs (and lows) to last a lifetime. Combined with her experience interviewing some of the world’s most coveted celebrities, designers, and stylists, she uses her insider knowledge and candid voice to break down fashion like you’ve never read before.
Sydney goes behind her scenes, from the blog that started it all (created at 1 a.m. from her college dorm), to the first time she interviewed a celebrity (Rihanna, who else?), to every wardrobe malfunction and challenge in between
